Why does my IPTV keep buffering?+
Buffering is almost always the internet connection, not the service. Use a wired connection instead of WiFi where you can; if you must use WiFi, move closer to the router. On a slower line, ask us for the HD stream rather than 4K — it needs far less bandwidth and runs smoothly. Every server has a free trial so you can confirm stability on your own line before you pay.
The picture freezes or stutters every few seconds+
A frozen picture usually clears with a full restart of the app or a power-cycle of the device — unplug it for ten seconds. If one particular channel freezes while others are fine, that channel is busy; try it again later or use an alternative feed. Persistent freezing across everything points to the connection.
No channels are loading at all+
First check the login details were entered exactly as we sent them — a single wrong character stops everything. Make sure your subscription is active; if it has expired we will tell you. If the details are right and the line is active, restart the app fully rather than backing out of it.
The app crashes on a big channel list+
Some apps and cheaper devices struggle to load very large lists. Close the app completely and reopen it. If it keeps happening, we can point you to a lighter player or organise your list into categories so it loads faster.
The TV guide (EPG) is missing+
On first launch, give the app a minute or two to download the guide — it does not appear instantly. If it is still missing, toggle the EPG option off and on in the app settings, or restart the app. The guide populates itself once downloaded.
It says my line has expired+
If your subscription has genuinely ended, message us to renew. If you have paid and it still says expired, send us your device ID or MAC on WhatsApp and we will re-activate it — occasionally an activation needs refreshing.
How do I fix it on my specific device?+
Each device has its own quirks. We have step-by-step setup and fixes for Firestick, Android, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, iPhone and iPad, Windows and Mac, and MAG boxes on their own pages — pick yours below.
